Lily Jade warrants against manufacturer’s defects for up to 1 year after purchase. If the item cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it with the same style and color of bag. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a Merchandise Credit for use on our website in the amount of your original purchase. Please note that irreparable items will not be returned to you.
If a warranty claim is made within the first 30 days from the date of delivery, Lily Jade will provide a return shipping label and ship a replacement bag at no cost. Click here to start the return process.
For warranty claims made within the first 180 days of ownership, Lily Jade will cover the cost of shipping, repair and reshipping. For warranty claims made after 180 days of ownership, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping cost to our repair center and Lily Jade will cover the cost of any repair and return shipping.
This warranty is transferable to another party. However, we must be able to confirm the original purchaser and order number in order for any warranty claim to be honored.
For our international customers, Lily Jade will cover reasonable repair costs by a local repair facility. Customer is responsible for providing a repair estimate and submitting receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive reimbursement. Be sure to contact us first prior to your repair.
International customers will be responsible for covering duty charges for replacement items during the warranty period.
Wear and fit issues are not covered under this policy. Environmental damage (ex. sun, rain, falling space debris, etc) is not covered. If your product falls outside of our warranty period, please feel free to contact us with support related questions. We will evaluate any post warranty issue to determine if we can provide assistance.
