Have you heard that kids eat in color? Offering a variety of options on a large communal platter gives them the chance to explore new things with low commitment. The best way to deal with picky eaters is through consistent exposure and the choice to opt-in. Try offering healthy options without forcing mandates to “eat it all” but rather “try a bite.”
